You'll find it between the ISA- resp. PCI-Slots (see pictures below).

Where can i find the Version/Revision number?

The name and position of the version could differ.

Where can i find the Bios-Chip on the Mainboard?

In most cases exists a layout drawing in your mainboard manual.
